This dedication been the catalyst for the company to launch a programme called Stand4Her which helps women and children in need around the world. These causes and organisations include Women's Aid and Refuge, CoppaFeel! and Look Good Feel Better.

Avon is committed to raising funds for causes that are important to women, so it designed an ring that was less expensive than a PlayStation 3. The ring retails at PS3 and helps raise funds to fight domestic violence in addition to other issues. For the second time in a row, Avon UK has made the Empowerment Ring, which costs the equivalent of PS3, an official symbol of its commitment to women and girls, accessible for purchase through its Representatives.

Avon is proud of its recent partnership with CoppaFeel!, a ministry designed to educate young women about the signs of breast cancer and generating awareness about the importance of regular boob-checks. Research shows that only 30% of women aged between 18 and 29 examine their breasts on a regular basis. Half of these young women aren't confident enough to perform the task. Through this partnership, Avon hopes to make breast health more accessible for young women everywhere.
